Dana Crosby danatrainer.com has been working in the fitness industry for over 15 years, coaching, training and inspiring individuals of all ages and abilities to achieve their goals. Dana has an extensive backgroud in aquatics and has coached competitive swimmers and triathletes. She is a certified personal trainer from the National Academy of Sports Medicine and is a Level I Crossfit Coach. She is also a group exercise instructor where she has lead classes in aquatics, spinning (indoor cycling), as well as strength and conditioning classes. Dana's hobbies include cycling, swimming and Crossfit. She enjoys the challenge of new fitness endeavors. Dana's belief that exercise should be consistenly varied creates a fun and motivating atmosphere for her clients and group classes.
